The Role:
As Head Chef, you will have full creative control of the kitchen, leading a dedicated team and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients
Manage kitchen operations including ordering, cost control, and stock management
Lead, train, and inspire a small brigade of chefs and kitchen staff
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to
Work closely with hotel management to maintain our high reputation
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar environment
Passion for quality food, creativity, and sustainability
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
