Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Duties

Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among staff. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high culinary standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times. Develop innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Supervise the daily operations of the kitchen, including inventory management and ordering supplies. Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety, and organisational skills. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor food production processes to maintain consistency in quality and presentation.

Skills

Proven experience in a senior culinary role with strong leadership capabilities. Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes. Strong team management abilities, fostering a positive work environment. Ability to supervise multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.51-15.09 per hour
