We are searching for an experienced and visionary
Head Chef
to join our team. As the senior culinary leader, the
Head Chef
will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, setting menu standards, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for creativity, and the ability to mentor and inspire a high-performing team.
Objectives of this role
Lead the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes that meet and exceed guest expectations
Develop and implement innovative menu concepts, showcasing seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
Manage kitchen operations, including budgeting, inventory control, and supplier relationships
Foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and growth
Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation, presentation, and quality of all food served
Develop and implement seasonal menus and daily specials
Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, ensuring high performance and consistency
Monitor food costs and work within budgeted guidelines
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to source the best ingredients
Collaborate with hotel management to enhance the guest dining experience
Skills and qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills
Exceptional culinary expertise with a creative approach to menu development
Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred qualifications
Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience as a

or Executive Chef in a high-quality restaurant or hotel setting
Strong budgeting and cost control skills
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
Experience with food procurement and supplier negotiations
