We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Head Chef
to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional food experiences on a day to day basis as well as catering for a wide range of
corporate events
.

As our Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, production, and delivery of premium food offerings for bespoke events, conferences, product launches, and exclusive functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the kitchen brigade to consistently deliver outstanding culinary standards across all event formats
Collaborate with clients and event planners to design innovative, tailored menus
Manage all aspects of kitchen operations including staffing, budgeting, inventory, health & safety and food hygiene
Ensure flawless execution and presentation from prep to plate under tight timelines and high expectations
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the kitchen team
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in corporate and large-scale event catering
- this is non-negotiable
Strong background in kitchen operations and high-volume delivery
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills
Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities
In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and industry best practices
