Responsibilities
Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operation.
Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
Train new kitchen staff on culinary techniques, food safety practices, and restaurant policies.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements where necessary to enhance efficiency.
