We celebrate the craft, depth, and warmth of Bengal's cuisine through a small, focused menu that values authenticity, simplicity, and care. From layered parathas and delicately spiced fish to soulful vegetarian dishes, every plate is built on integrity and detail.
The Role
We're looking for an
exceptional Head Chef
to lead our kitchen from its very first service.
This is a
founding opportunity
- to take charge of one restaurant at launch, with a clear path to becoming
Group Executive Chef
as new branches open. Each new opening will bring
additional remuneration and recognition
for your leadership and contribution.
Responsibilities include:
Leading all kitchen operations with discipline, consistency, and reliability.
Designing and delivering a seasonal, heritage-inspired menu with modern presentation.
Understanding and respecting the foundations of Bengali cooking - we'll provide full training on regional techniques, flavours, and signature dishes.
Creating high-quality breads and parathas without reliance on a tandoori oven.
Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, compliance, and organisation.
Managing prep systems, stock, and GP efficiently.
Recruiting, mentoring, and developing a motivated kitchen team.
About You
We're looking for a
chef of exceptional calibre
- someone dependable, motivated, and proud of their craft.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have led busy, high-quality kitchens with full operational control.
Possess a strong grasp of Indian or broader South Asian flavours.
Are open to learning and mastering Bengali cuisine through our in-depth training and collaboration.
Have experience making parathas or flatbreads, even without a tandoor.
Hold compliance, cleanliness, and organisation in the highest regard.
Are driven to build and lead a kitchen culture defined by care and excellence.

Additional remuneration
for each new site you help establish.
