Head Chef

, you'll be at the heart of this journey--leading with creativity, passion, and pride in every plate.

What You'll Do



Supervise, Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver

consistently outstanding, high-quality dishes

Craft and develop

seasonal menus

using the best local ingredients Oversee kitchen operations: prep, quality control, stock, and HACCP compliance Mentor and train your team to reach their full potential Collaborate closely with front-of-house for smooth, guest-focused service Be part of our

expansion journey

by bringing fresh ideas, events, and innovations Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment at all times.

We're Looking For



Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role within the restaurant industry. Expertise in

modern British cuisine

with a flair for creativity and presentation Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively while promoting a collaborative atmosphere. Excellent cooking skills with an emphasis on creativity and presentation. In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in both food preparation and kitchen management. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Sound financial and cost-control awareness A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
