Head Chef | The Last Stop | Media City | New Kitchen Opening!

30,900 per annum (OTE 34,000) + Tips & Service | 40 hours per week

With a menu focused on serving quality smashed burgers, gyros & small plates, we've a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to lead our NEW kitchen at the new Salmon of Knowledge bar, in Media City.

Working with the Executive Chef & wider kitchen team, you'll be tasked with ensuring busy services are managed with efficiency, calmness & quality - whilst overseeing the daily fresh prep & general kitchen tasks. We're looking for someone who will inspire the kitchen team; help lead the operation; & ultimately grow the brand alongside us.

What's the role?:

Hold total responsibility over the safe preparation & service of all foodstuff products & the kitchen team's performance Deliver effective management of inventory & control of site's food GP in accordance with budgets & profitability targets. Independently adapt to fluctuations in sales trends & prevent stock wastage, or foresee possible shortfalls, where applicable Manage rotas in accordance with labour budgets Ensure the kitchen is fully compliant with EHO regulations & internal compliance requirements Hire & conduct the training of BOH team members in line with TLS criteria & values. Maximise retention through the pursuit of a positive working culture & environment Work proactively with the Ops team & site's GM to drive the success of the brand & venue
