Following an extensive refurbishment and now under exciting new management, The Green Dragon Pub in Alderbury, just outside Salisbury, is preparing to reopen its doors in the coming weeks. We're building a brand-new team to breathe fresh life into this much-loved local and are looking for passionate, enthusiastic individuals who are ready to be part of something special from the very beginning.

What we're after....

We are looking for a highly skilled, driven and meticulous individual for this position. The role requires a passionate Head Chef, who has the ability and experience to manage a huge volume of business, business that can be unpredictable and challenging.

That's enough about us..... what about you!

To be considered for this role, you will have at least 1 years' experience working in a similar establishment and role. You will be up to date with relevant Health and Safety and Food Hygiene certificates. You will be a service-driven and energetic Head Chef with a passion for excellent service and solid operational experience. You will have a proven track record in people management skills, both with leading by example and training abilities. You will be an excellent communicator with people of all levels. You will be a Manager of a team, as well as a Head Chef. You will have a strong knowledge and understanding of menu planning, stock control, costing and wages budgets.
