We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. Duties
Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food production.
Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen operations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage kitchen budgets effectively.
Assist in the development of new recipes and innovative dishes to enhance the dining experience.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant/hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen management practices.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene.
Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various departments within the establishment.
