Head Chef - Independent Cafe

Full-Time | 7:30 AM - 3:30/4:00 PM | 5 Days per Week | 31 -

We're looking for a talented and motivated Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our busy independent cafe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values work-life balance, with daytime hours only, and who is ready to take ownership of the kitchen in a supportive and ambitious environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a high-quality, seasonal cafe menu Lead kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and consistency Plan menus and specials in line with our food ethos Manage ordering, stock control, and food costings Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance standards are always met Support and supervise junior kitchen staff as needed Collaborate closely with the Cafe Manager to ensure smooth service

Pay: 31,200.00-35,500.00 per year
