Summary

We are seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Woodlands Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for creating delicious menus, ensuring food quality and safety, and managing kitchen operations to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Design and prepare innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and guest preferences. Ensure all food safety standards are met and maintained in the kitchen. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality food production. Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen operations. Oversee food preparation processes to ensure consistency and quality in every dish served. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate service and enhance guest satisfaction. Train new kitchen staff on procedures, safety practices, and menu items.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent cooking skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes. Experience in menu planning and food production management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
