Platform 1864 is a multi-award winning cocktail bar and restaurant situated in Tain on the North Coast 500 route. We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team on a full-time and permanent with the opportunity of live-in accommodation for the right candidate. Job includes;
- Serving breakfast, lunch & dinner 7-days a week (our head chef will work 5 out of 7 days)
- Overseeing the general running of the kitchen
- Complying to all EHO guidance and standards
- Training up and coming chefs
- Providing and updating menus frequently while keeping in mind allergen guidelines and customer demand
- Being on top of orders, utilising deals and showcasing local suppliers
- Maintaining the cleanliness standards of the kitchen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 35,000.00-42,000.00 per year
