Responsibilities
Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen.

Collaborate with restaurant management to enhance guest satisfaction through exceptional dining experiences.
Assist in the recruitment and development of kitchen personnel to build a skilled team.
Skills
Proven experience in a Head Chef or similar leadership role within a restaurant setting.
Strong team management abilities with excellent interpersonal skills to motivate staff.
