Responsibilities
Lead and manage the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Ensure all food safety regulations and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to within the kitchen.
Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency across all dishes.
Train, mentor, and support kitchen staff in culinary techniques and best practices.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods.

Skills
Proven experience in a Head Chef or similar role within a hospitality or restaurant environment.
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
