Job description

Head Chef will be responsible for the day-to-day operations for the Kitchen, stock ordering and stock control and accurate rota management.

You will be an exceptional chef with an attention to detail ability to demand and maintain the highest standards. As a senior member of the team, you will have excellent communicational skills, an approachable manner, and a hands-on attitude with great emphasis on exceeding results.

The confidence to maintain a high standard of food preparation and service, whilst also introducing new dishes to the regular/specials menu.

Successful candidates should have at least two-year experience of managing a kitchen cooking fresh food using seasonal produce.

We are looking for a flexible and committed individual with strong leadership & organisational skills, a positive attitude, and a hands-on approach, to make their mark in this expanding company.

In return we offer excellent rates of pay, very reasonable working hours, 2 days off a week, 28 days flexible holidays.
