Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to maximise profitability.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and efficient kitchen operations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor kitchen performance and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency and quality.
Experience
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong culinary skills with extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation.
Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
