We're looking for a Head Chef to lead the culinary operations for Warner Brothers Studios Leavesden, delivering exceptional breakfast and Lunch experiences for up to 2000 covers. This role combines hands-on kitchen leadership with strategic responsibilities, including menu innovation, cost control, and team development. You'll play a key part in ensuring food quality, safety compliance, and outstanding guest satisfaction, while inspiring and mentoring a talented team in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

This is a full-time position, 45 hours per week, shift pattern 5 days out of 7, predominantly Monday - Friday

A day in the life of a Head Chef:

Lead culinary operations for Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden, delivering breakfast and lunch for up to 2000 covers Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation and menu planning Ensure food safety compliance, manage GP and labour costs, and maintain rotas Recruit, train, and develop your team, acting as a positive role model and coach Collaborate with on-site teams and Aramark central support functions Drive innovation in menu development while maintaining financial efficiency Liaise weekly with clients regarding concepts, future events, and studio activity

You'll be set up for success if you have:

Strong leadership skills to manage a high-pressure kitchen environment Creativity to design innovative and appealing menus Excellent technical cooking skills and knowledge of various cuisines Business acumen to manage costs and maximise profitability NVQ Levels 1 & 2 in culinary skills Experience in a similar restaurant environment Clean Enhanced DBS and ability to pass full security vetting Lived in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work
