What qualities we're looking for?

You have a genuine passion for cooking and learning, a natural leader with positive attitude towards work Well organised with the ability to follow instructions and guidance strong background in team management and leadership, with a focus on staff development and motivation Experience working with fresh food and produce, preferably in a similar Mediterranean restaurant environment Certified Hygiene level-2 or higher and with sound knowledge of health and safety regulations within a food service environment Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry would be ideal but not required

What are your main Duties?

Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant and kitchen Supervise staff in food production, cooking, and food preparation Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the premises Implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
