Duties
Lead and manage the kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.

Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within a restaurant or catering environment.
Strong culinary skills with a comprehensive understanding of food preparation techniques.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervision.
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.
Overseeing restaurants with 50 covers respectively, delivering outstanding food experiences for discerning guests
Creating inspiring menus that combine creativity with consistency and quality
Recruiting, developing, and leading a professional and passionate kitchen brigade
Managing kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service, excellent standards, and strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Working closely with senior management to establish the culinary style and uphold the restaurant's prestigious reputation
