We're looking for a motivated Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at The Fisherman's Rest. This role is about more than cooking - you'll manage people, stock, menus, and ensure a smooth, professional service that keeps our guests coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team.
Create rotas, approve leave, and manage daily operations.
Order stock, control costs, and reduce waste.
Develop menus, including seasonal specials.
Work closely with Front of House and site management to deliver great service and events.
Support promotions and offers, including on social media.
Uphold high standards and a positive, professional workplace.
About You:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Organised, reliable, and hands-on.
Experience in managing a kitchen team and stock control.
Able to work evenings and weekends
You'll also play a part in wider site events and step in where needed to support the team.

Pay: 32,000.00-35,000.00 per year
