Duties

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and address any customer feedback promptly. Maintain a positive work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork among kitchen staff.

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong supervisory skills with a track record of effective team management. Extensive culinary experience with a solid understanding of food production techniques. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen hygiene. Excellent cooking skills with the ability to create diverse dishes that appeal to customers. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Previous experience in food preparation, serving, and overall kitchen operations is highly desirable.
