What We're Looking For:
Proven experience
as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a cafe, restaurant, or catering settingPassion for fresh, high-quality food
and creative menu planningStrong leadership skills
to motivate a team and lead a great service.Ability to work efficiently
in a fast-paced environment and in a hands-on role.Good organisational skills
to oversee stock control, food safety, and kitchen operationsResponsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and safety. Lead and manage kitchen staff with an efficient work environment. Maintain inventory and order supplies, ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked. Train team members on cooking techniques and safety protocols, promoting continuous improvement. Monitor food production processes to guarantee quality and consistency.
