Responsibilities
Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Develop and innovate new menu items that reflect creativity, seasonality, and customer preferences.
Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to food safety standards.
Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to uphold high culinary standards and teamwork.
Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen budgets in coordination with the management team.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all kitchen areas in compliance with hygiene and health regulations.
Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless customer experience during service.
Monitor kitchen performance during peak hours and adjust staffing and processes as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role.
Background working in fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environments.
Demonstrated ability to create innovative and appealing dishes.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen operations, and staff training.
