Duties
Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
Ensure all food preparation adheres to safety and hygiene standards, maintaining compliance with health regulations.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and efficient kitchen operations.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods.
Monitor kitchen performance metrics and implement improvements as needed to enhance efficiency.
