Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs effectively. Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation across all dishes served. Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership qualities to motivate the team.

Skills

Proven supervising experience within a busy kitchen environment. Strong background in food production and preparation techniques. Excellent team management abilities with a focus on collaboration. Extensive culinary experience with a passion for cooking and hospitality. In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable. Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and develop the kitchen team. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
