Head Chef
to lead the team and help us take our food offering to the next level - without the burnout that's become all too common in the industry.

The Role:
You'll be responsible for:
Leading day-to-day kitchen operations
Working alongside 2 chefs with clear communication and work as a team.
Creating and updating seasonal menus
Managing food safety, stock control, and kitchen cleanliness
Delivering buffets and large group bookings with confidence
Working closely with front of house for smooth service
Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
What We're Looking For:
Experience as a
Head Chef
or
Senior Sous ready to step up
Confident running a kitchen, maintaining standards, and managing prep
Calm under pressure with a proactive, positive attitude
Comfortable working with event-style food as well as a la carte
Passion for fresh, good-quality pub food
Hours:
4 days a week (included one weekend shift)
Typical shift length: 10-12 hours
No early mornings or late nights (earliest start 9am / latest finish 9pm)

Pay: 33,000.00-37,500.00 per year
