Duties

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain efficient kitchen operations. Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting professional development and teamwork. Monitor food production processes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation across all dishes. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen management. Excellent leadership abilities with experience in supervising and managing a diverse team. Knowledge of food production processes and ability to create innovative dishes that delight customers.
