Remoli is looking for a passionate and driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen team with energy, creativity, and a commitment to quality. You'll be at the heart of delivering our fresh pasta dishes with consistency and flair, maintaining high standards while bringing innovative ideas to the table. Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of daily kitchen operations, from food preparation and service to team management and quality control
Supervise and develop a motivated team of chefs and kitchen assistants, ensuring strong communication and collaboration
Champion food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining full compliance with health regulations at all times
Work closely with the Operations and Support teams to plan seasonal menus using fresh, high-quality ingredients
Support the development and training of junior team members, sharing knowledge and setting high standards for consistency and technique
Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure availability of all ingredients and kitchen essentials
Contribute to the development of new recipes that reflect our brand values and enhance the customer experience
Maintain kitchen equipment in top working condition, promptly reporting any faults or issues
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Head Chef in a busy, high-quality kitchen
Exceptional culinary skills, with an understanding of Italian cuisine and fresh pasta (preferred but not essential)
Confident team leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for nurturing talent
Strong understanding of food safety, allergen management, and HACCP procedures
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Creative flair and a desire to innovate while staying true to our brand
