What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Head Chef who is:

Reliable and punctual Able to manage all aspects of a professional kitchen, including leading sous chefs and kitchen porters Confident in creating new dishes and keeping our

specials board exciting and fresh

Experienced in stock ordering, inventory management, and minimising waste A natural leader who can inspire and manage a team effectively Focused on maintaining high

hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards

Committed to delivering

consistently high-quality food and guest satisfaction

Available to work

weekdays, evenings, and weekends

as required

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of the kitchen Menu development and innovation Stock control and supplier management Quality assurance and food presentation Health & safety and food hygiene compliance Training and developing kitchen staff Collaborating with front-of-house for smooth service Leading by example with a hands-on approach
