A hardworking and passionate chef is needed to join the team of an award-winning South West London cocktail bar/restaurant.
The right applicant must be able to be passionate and have control over their section during busy service.
The key responsibilities of a chef include, but are not limited to:
Working alongside a close knit independent kitchen team.
Ensuring communication with other members of the team to manage busy service.
Help preparing all-day brunch, season small plates, Sunday roasts and contemporary European cuisine.
Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking techniques
Collaborate with the culinary team to create new dishes and improve existing recipe
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Monitor kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs
Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to established standards
