Duties

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
Manage food production processes, including inventory control, portioning, and waste management.
Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to enhance their skills and promote teamwork.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor kitchen performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary to enhance efficiency.
