We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety, and creating a positive atmosphere for our residents.

Duties

Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency and quality in all dishes. Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards. Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food preparation, and presentation. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs effectively. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace.

Skills

Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen setting. Strong culinary experience with a focus on food production and preparation. Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Comprehensive knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable. Exceptional cooking skills with attention to detail in presentation. Strong leadership abilities to guide the kitchen team effectively. Pay: 12.23-15.00 per hour
