We are now recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to join the Ivy Tree Pub & Kitchen Team.

This is a hub of the community pub business so Whether you are looking for a coffee with friends, dinner with the family or a pint with your pals we offer a friendly, warm atmosphere along with comfortable & cosy surroundings.

The ideal candidate will take charge of the overall operation of the kitchen. You will work with the General Manager to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and complies with all health & safety regulations.

You will motivate the kitchen and front of house teams to ensure that standards are high and that our great food is cooked, presented and served safely and efficiently.

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of your department and contributing to the overall profitability of the operation of the site.

The Candidate will be required to provide input and delivery of their own Menus, Specials and Set Bespoke Seasonal Menus and have the ability to build relationships with suppliers and organize Set Menus for functions and events

A requirement to work evenings, weekends and public holidays is an expected element of the job role but flexible working and ability to plan team Rota's is also an important element of this key role in the business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 32,000.00-40,000.00 per year
