Job Description

The Castle Hotel in the picturesque seaside village of Portmahomack on the East Coast of Scotland are looking to hire a Head Chef/Sous Chef with the opportunity of live in accommodation. For the right candidate, we would consider hiring a couple with one or both in the kitchen, or alternatively, one in the kitchen and one working front of house either housekeeping or waiting/bartending.

About the hotel and job role;

Full time, permanent role working 5 days out of 7
Small but busy bar/restaurant with 20 tables (14 inside, 6 outside)
Start-up business under a new employer with another multi-award winning restaurant which has been operation for 10+ years
2 bedroom live-in owners accommodation available

You must have all up to date qualifications
You must be passionate about the hospitality industry and providing good food to our customers
You must be highly organised, on top of ordering processes and adaptable
You must be a clean and tidy worker, be up to date with all allergen and EHO guidelines
