We are looking for a qualified and experienced Dental Nurse to take on the role of Head Nurse at our fully private practice in Sutton Coldfield.

Responsibilities include:

Assist clinicians in surgery Implement, maintain and oversee all aspects of compliance Work with the Principal and Practice Manager to prepare the practice for successful CQC inspections Stock control and ordering Supervise and train dental nurses working at the practice, including temporary, permanent and locum staff
If we are right for each other, you will:

Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in dental nursing Be compassionate and kind Have attention to detail Have consistent follow through Be radiography qualified Have a positive, "can do" attitude Be able to work to deadlines Be cheerful and friendly team player Have a flexible approach to work Be self-motivated and proactive Have experience in compliance Be IT literate Take care of your personal appearance
Ideally, you will have experience in a private practice and will have experience in some or all of:

Implants Sedation Front of house Supervision iComply
The right person will be given training in these areas If they require it.
