Head Dental Receptionist Position - Dental Beauty Islington

FT Position - Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM

Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a

Head Dental Receptionist

to join us at our high street practice in Islington. Our practice is an award winning, highly established and reputable 18 surgery mixed dental clinic located only a short walk from Angel station.

You will be joining a great practice team, led by our three Clinical Partners, and Practice Manager, Steph. The successful candidate will be a fundamental part of the future success of the business.

About the role:

Lead the reception team and ensure a smooth and efficient front-of-house operation

Oversee financial and administrative processes, diary management and patient experience Support the practice manager with receptionist related duties and act as the key link between receptionist and management Provide weekly updates to the partners and practice manager

About you:

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload

Previous experience of working as a Dental Receptionist is crucial for this position

Results driven, with excellent attention to detail and a positive and friendly personality You must be comfortable with being the first point of contact to our patients, and be able to support with driving referrals from existing patients
