We're now seeking a reliable, organised, and detail-focused

Head Housekeeper

to lead our housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areas Manage and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation Train, support, and schedule housekeeping staff Use the

hotel booking system

to plan room servicing efficiently and communicate with reception about guest needs Order cleaning products, linens, and other housekeeping supplies, ensuring stock levels are well managed and cost-effective Carry out daily inspections to ensure rooms meet hotel standards before guest arrivals Work closely with reception and management to ensure smooth operations Step in hands-on when needed to support the team during busy periods

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally at supervisory or head housekeeper level Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards Good organisational and leadership skills Confidence using booking systems and handling housekeeping admin Ability to manage stock levels and order products effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods as required

What We Offer:
