The Holford Arms is a vibrant country pub with rooms, set in the heart of the Cotswolds. We pride ourselves on offering warm hospitality, freshly prepared food, unique accommodation, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure our high standards are consistently delivered across our pub rooms, glamping spaces, and wider facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard. Create staff rotas, monitor performance, and provide training where necessary. Manage stock and ordering of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities. Work closely with the management team to support smooth daily operations. Ensure health & safety and hygiene standards are always upheld.
About You:

Proven experience in a housekeeping leadership role, ideally within hospitality. Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. A flexible and proactive approach - willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
