Join a Rapidly Scaling Premium Beauty Brand and Build Our Amazon Empire from Zero

Cellexia, a rapidly scaling premium D2C skincare brand, is looking for an entrepreneurial Amazon expert to own and build our marketplace presence from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to have full P&L ownership of a major sales channel with a proven product line.

The Opportunity:

Build and scale our Amazon presence from scratch Work directly with founders who've successfully exited a previous consumer brand Join at the perfect inflection point - proven product-market fit, ready to scale Remote-first role

Key Responsibilities:

Launch and optimize Amazon presence across EU markets (UK, DE, FR, ES, IT, NL) Own the full Amazon P&L - from pricing strategy to inventory planning Manage FBA operations, listings optimization, and review generation Execute and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns for profitable growth Develop and implement strategies to win Buy Box and category rankings Coordinate with our operations team for inventory forecasting

Required Qualifications:

Proven track record scaling beauty/skincare brands on Amazon 3+ years hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience Expert-level knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC, and ranking algorithms Experience with FBA inventory management and forecasting Strong analytical skills with focus on unit economics

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience launching brands in multiple Amazon marketplaces Knowledge of Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools Background in D2C e-commerce Understanding of EU and Amazon cosmetics regulations

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: 50,000EUR to 70,000EUR Performance bonuses up to 75% of base salary Yearly bonuses Fully remote with flexible hours Work directly with successful entrepreneurs Results-oriented culture with zero administrative burden Budget for tools, software, subordinate employees and training
