Protocol are proud to be working with an established FE college group based in the North Easst in their search for an experienced Head of Area \xe2\x80\x93 Enterprise, Hospitality and Childcare Studies for a permanent position with a salary of up to \xc2\xa348,932 per annum with an additional planned increase from March to \xc2\xa352,113 per annum.

With 9 different institutes apart of the partnership, this educational provider has dedicated facilities to provide a service to its students to increase their opportunities through study programmes that directly relate to current and future workplaces and help contributes to local communities and economies.

We are working closely with this institution\xe2\x80\x99s Deputy Principal who is currently looking for an experienced Head of Area \xe2\x80\x93 Enterprise, Hospitality and Childcare Studies to oversee the curriculum across multiple sites to ensure high standards group-wide

The job details

• You will be responsible for all aspects of the faculty curriculum across multiple sites
• You will maintaining and improving on all quality aspects, including training and CPD to promote positive observations of teaching, learning and assessment
• You will work with employers and stakeholders to identify and develop growth opportunities, liaise and work collaboratively with all departments and network effectively both internally and externally to promote the department

The person & qualifications

• Hold experience in the Enterprise, Hospitality or Childcare industries
• Have experience in management / leadership in education
• Level 5 qualified in either Enterprise, Hospitality or Childcare Studies
• You will have a good knowledge of the Ofsted Inspection Framework and be familiar with Quality assurance processes
