As our brand continues to grow -- across our D2C channels, retail partners and global marketplaces -- we're looking for a visionary Head of Brand to lead the next chapter in our story.

About the Role

Reporting directly to our CEO, you'll take the reins of Pretty You London's brand product and marketing strategy -- shaping every moment of our customer's journey, both online and offline. You'll guide a small, talented in-house team, partner with agencies and platforms, and bring to life campaigns that speak to the hearts (and wardrobes) of women everywhere.

This is more than a marketing role. It's a chance to lead a brand with soul -- where storytelling, creativity, and connection are at the centre of everything we do.

Your Mission

As Head of Brand, you will:

1. Grow Brand Reach with Impactful Campaigns

Create seasonal campaigns and original content that shine across every touchpoint -- from paid social and PR to video and influencer partnerships. You'll ensure every campaign feels beautifully cohesive, emotionally resonant, and distinctly Pretty You.

2. Take the Lead Developing our Product Offering

Using data-led insights, and competitor analysis, develop the products that our customer wants, whilst attract new customers. Guiding our talented designers, and inspiring our customers with purpose and storytelling.

3. Inspire and Deepen Customer Connection

Bring our community closer through elevated storytelling, purposeful collaborations, and memorable brand experiences. From loyalty to lifestyle, your work will help turn customers into long-time fans.

3. Champion Creative Excellence

Lead the evolution of our visual identity and brand language. You'll set the tone for everything we create -- from lookbooks and website visuals to packaging and emails -- ensuring every detail reflects our premium, lifestyle-led positioning.

4. Lead with Heart and Vision

Mentor a collaborative team across marketing, social, and creative. Inspire ideas, elevate execution, and help shape a culture of kindness, ambition, and creativity.

What You'll Bring

10+ years in senior brand or marketing roles within fashion, lifestyle, or beauty A sharp creative eye with an innate understanding of women's lifestyle branding Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and growing brand awareness Experience across PR, influencer strategy, digital content, and storytelling Confidence working with senior stakeholders and reporting at C-suite level A warm, people-first leadership style with a commercial edge Passion for sustainable storytelling and customer-centric innovation Experience working in fast-paced, digital-first environments

Your Key Focus Areas

Brand Campaigns: Dream up and deliver beautiful, high-impact seasonal campaigns that elevate our reach Content & Storytelling: Create authentic narratives around our designs, customers, sustainability, and collaborations Creative Direction: Oversee all brand visuals and maintain a cohesive aesthetic across every channel PR & Influencer Strategy: Build brand awareness and aspiration through strategic media coverage and meaningful partnerships Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with merchandising, digital, product, and ecommerce teams to bring brand stories to life Team Leadership: Inspire your team to deliver exceptional creative work with thoughtfulness, flair, and consistency

Pay: 45,000.00-65,000.00 per year
