Key Responsibilities
Business & Brand Strategy
Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategic roadmap for the brand, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and evolving market opportunities.
Take full ownership of the brand's P&L, setting commercial targets and managing performance to deliver sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
Operational Leadership
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the brand, collaborating with Product, Customer Support, and other internal teams to consistently deliver on the brand's promise to players.
Identify opportunities to optimize operational processes, managing resources (people, budget, technology) to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product, CRM, Data Analytics, and Finance teams to improve the user experience, maximize monetization opportunities, and enhance customer retention.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Development, Design, and Compliance, to ensure brand consistency and achieve business objectives.
Marketing & Communications
Lead the development and execution of the brand's integrated marketing strategy across channels including advertising, PR, social media, and influencer partnerships.
Leverage user insights and market research to design impactful campaigns and promotions that drive user acquisition, engagement, and elevate brand visibility.
Commercial Growth & KPI Management
Define, monitor, and optimize key commercial metrics such as DAU/MAU, ARPU, LTV, and retention rates to ensure the brand's ongoing success.
Analyze performance data and market trends, adjusting strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and address emerging challenges.
Stakeholder Management & Partnerships
Act as the primary representative of the brand in managing external relationships with partners, affiliates, and vendors, including contract negotiations and relationship development.
Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen our market presence and industry reputation.
Team Leadership & Development
