We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives and drive strategic partnerships. This pivotal role involves driving new business growth, identifying untapped market opportunities and forging strategic partnerships to expand our client base. Working closely alongside the Customer Success team, this role focuses on acquiring new customers, developing new revenue streams and positioning the company as a market leader.
This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B sales, partnership development and revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and has a deep understanding of Hospitality and Technology industries.
Business Growth & Market Expansion
Develop and execute a new business acquisition strategy to drive revenue growth.
Identify and target new markets, industries and customer segments to expand the company's footprint.
Build a strong pipeline of potential clients and strategic partnerships to generate long-term value.
Leverage market research and competitive analysis to inform business development strategies and execute associated initiatives.
Sales & Revenue Generation
Own the end-to-end sales cycle for new business, from prospecting to closing deals.
Oversee the development of compelling sales pitches, proposals and presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize pricing models and sales processes for new clients.
Ensure seamless handovers of new clients to Customer Success teams to foster long-term retention.
Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
Identify, negotiate and develop high-impact partnerships with key industry players, technology partners and reseller networks.
Work closely with partner tech companies to co-develop go-to-market strategies and drive mutual lead generation.
Oversee the referral and reseller network, ensuring strong relationships and growth potential.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure new business aligns with long-term growth and retention strategies.
Partner with marketing teams to align on demand generation campaigns and brand positioning.
Contribute to overall business strategy, working alongside senior leadership and executive teams.
Lead and mentor a team of business development and sales professionals, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
