What you\'ll do:Lead and develop the Business Development team, shaping a culture of excellence and driving impactful strategies to achieve growth targets.Collaborate closely with bid teams, crafting intricate win strategies that align with our sales objectives for target clients.Play a pivotal role in advising the segment on profitable growth opportunities, utilizing your expertise to foster business retention, cross-selling, and market exploration.Establish and execute business development plans, particularly focusing on expanding our QoL services, especially in the realm of Facilities Management.Own the UK sales strategy, set sales objectives, and allocate resources to ensure a thriving sales pipeline.Act as the conduit between our customers and segment leadership, championing their needs and influencing our strategic decisions. What you bring:Proven success in leading complex bid management and driving business development efforts.Strong team leadership experience with the ability to inspire motivation and engagement.In-depth understanding of facilities management, both hard and soft services, within a matrix organizational structure.Exceptional project management skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.Proficient in commercial negotiations and a strategic thinker with innovative solutions.
