A rare opportunity has arisen within our BMW MINI Division for a Head of Business at Sytner BMW MINI Swansea.



Working with the iconic BMW brand, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of this business and subsequent financial contribution to the continued success of the BMW MINI Division and wider Sytner Group. As you would expect for a position of this seniority and influence, we're looking for an exceptional human leader with a character that engages and inspires.

The Head of Business position at Sytner BMW MINI Swansea provides an opportunity for the successful applicant to manage, affect and positively impact all aspects of the business.

Working closely with the management team, the Head of Business will be accountable for the continued growth of the dealership.

You will undoubtedly be an experienced human leader with a genuine passion for building a culture of excellence for our colleagues and customers.
