Job Description
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Head of Care in a family-owned care home located directly on the blue flag beach in Minster-on-Sea on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent. Ocean Heights is a brand new, purpose built, state of the art 50 bedded home registered to provide care and accommodation for the over 65s and people with dementia and physically disabilities.
The successful candidate will have:
a Level 5 qualification in health and social care or be willing to work towards
at least 4 years' experience working in a residential setting.
an excellent knowledge of regulatory compliance with previous "good" CQC ratings.
good leadership skills and the ability to manage a large staff group.
a commitment to delivering high quality care.
sound commercial knowledge with the ability to manage budgets.
Salary will be dependant on experience
