About the Role

We're looking for an exceptionally talented

Head of Creative Media

to lead high-quality video production for our brand. This role requires someone who can capture, edit, and deliver visually striking, cinematic content that communicates powerful stories and engages viewers across multiple platforms.

You will take full ownership of creative direction -- from concept and filming to editing and post-production -- ensuring every piece of content reflects our brand's excellence and style.

Key Responsibilities

Film and edit original, high-quality video content for brand, commercial, social media, and event purposes. Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with project goals. Manage the end-to-end video production process (filming, lighting, sound, and post-production). Apply strong visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm in editing. Use advanced colour grading and sound design to deliver cinematic results. Collaborate with the wider team to produce consistent, high-impact content.

or within easy commuting distance of

Banbury or Oxford

. Applicants from outside the area (e.g., London or Birmingham) will only be considered if clearly relocating. Proven experience producing

professional, cinematic-quality video content

. Exceptional skills in storytelling, editing, colour grading, and music use. Strong creative instincts and technical precision. Experience working on

brand or commercial projects

(not just personal content). Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
