About the Role

As Head of Sales, you are not just running a team--you're setting the pace for the entire business.
You will own the sales strategy, ignite performance, and be the public face of BFM with customers, partners, and the wider dental community.
This is a high-impact role for a high-impact leader.
What You'll Be Doing
Set the Vision
Define and drive a winning sales strategy that smashes revenue and margin targets.
Keep BFM ahead of market trends, spotting opportunities before anyone else.
Represent BFM at industry events, networking like a pro and making sure everyone knows our name.
Lead from the Front
Inspire, coach, and challenge a growing team to outperform every quarter.
Build a culture of ownership, ambition, and unstoppable energy.
Be out there--on the road with customers, in the room with big deals, and always visible as the leader who gets results.
Own the Numbers
Set bold KPIs, track every metric, and keep the pipeline pumping.
Use data to spot trends, close gaps, and drive smart, rapid decisions. Partner with Marketing to deliver campaigns that convert and keep the funnel full.
