to drive our brand forward and oversee all aspects of marketing, public relations, and communications.

As the

Head of Digital Marketing & Communication

, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Navy Professional's brand vision and commercial objectives. You will oversee digital marketing, campaigns, brand partnerships, events, and customer communications to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Digital Strategy



Develop and implement a results-driven marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. Lead all digital marketing efforts, including email marketing (Klaviyo), e-commerce (Shopify), and performance tracking via Google GA4. Oversee website content, user experience, and conversion rate optimization on Shopify. Plan and execute paid and organic marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms.

Public Relations & Communications



Lead all communications efforts to enhance brand reputation and visibility. Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and key industry stakeholders. Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistency across all communication channels.

Events & Partnership Activations



Plan and execute marketing activations, partnership events, and brand experiences. Collaborate with partners and industry leaders to create impactful marketing moments. Oversee event logistics, sponsorships, and post-event analysis.

Team Leadership & Collaboration



Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals. Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.

Key Skills & Experience



Proven experience in a senior digital marketing, or communications role, ideally within the beauty, lifestyle, or retail sector. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including

Klaviyo, Shopify, and Google GA4

essential. Experience in brand development, digital strategy, and media relations. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities. Creative and analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
